How the monthly pick works

  1. Pick your usualChoose Daily-eeze or Travel-eeze as your default when you join. That is the only setup.
  2. We check in around the 20thA short note: here is what is shipping next. Reply or tap to switch, up to five days before it goes out.
  3. Say nothing and it just arrivesFree US shipping, every month, twelve times. Then your year is done unless you decide to do it again.

Quick answers

Does it renew automatically?

Nothing renews without your say so. No card is ever charged again. Your year simply ends after the twelfth shipment, and we will send a note near the end in case you would like another one.

Can I switch products every month?

Yes, that is the point. Pick Daily-eeze or Travel-eeze, whichever suits the month, right up to five days before it ships. Switching is free and unlimited.

Which product should I pick each month?

Most founders keep Daily-eeze as their everyday default and reach for Travel-eeze when they are traveling or off their routine. That is how the two are designed to work together, and it is what the directions on each label describe. Beyond that, pick whatever suits the month.

Is this an investment in eeze?

It is a prepaid product membership and a founding role in the company, which is a different thing from a financial investment. What you receive is product, a genuine voice in what we build next, and the founders benefits. There is no equity, interest, or financial return attached to it.

Are taxes extra?

We cover the tax. The price you see is the full price, so nothing is ever added at checkout. At our 10.5% rate that works out to about $26 across the year. Rates vary by state and city, and in some states supplements are not taxed at all, so your own number may be lower.

Can I upgrade to a Lifetime seat later?

Yes. If one of the eight inaugural Lifetime seats is open, your annual payment counts toward it in full for twelve months after you pay.

What if a shipment goes wrong?

We make it right. Anything that arrives damaged or defective is replaced or credited straight back, no questions asked. The membership itself is prepaid for the full year, so it is final sale except where the law provides otherwise.

Founders product pricing is our best everyday price for each product, the same price available to anyone on our site. Everyday prices change over time, and short-term promotions may occasionally run below them. Your founders rate is fixed for your covered year. Tax covered at the 10.5% rate in Pasadena, California, where eeze operates; rates vary by state and city, and some states do not tax supplements at all.
