When reading the reviews of others I thought this would be good to take. But this was more of a laxative than an aid to help go to the bathroom. I honestly want my money back for this.
The flavor is delicious & they definitely helped keep things moving after a few too many carb heavy days due to my sisters graduation. Handed a few out to friends and everyone loved them as well. These will definitely be on my must have list for travels & excited for new flavors :)
