I have IBS with constipation and wanted something easy to take that would help me go and I looked at this , sounded good and when it came and I put it in cold water the smell was so bad it turned my stomach. Tried to drink it anyway and got two sips down and said no way and left it in the glass over night and today got up and the smell is worse and it has coated the cup. I cannot drink it so will be asking for a refund.
